Agreements set the framework between the contracting parties, protect their rights, interests and obligations, safeguards the proper implementation and execution of their terms and conditions, in order to achieve the parties’ common goal and promote their interests.

Therefore, the proper drafting of contracts and agreements which regulate each company’s relations with its contracting parties is of vital importance for the prosperity, growth and development of each company as well as the protection of its interests and agenda.

Whilst in the past conducting written agreements was only the exception in Greece, since, businessmen relied on gentlemen’s agreements, nowadays, this practice has been overturned, and written agreements have become the norm, where the terms and conditions that each party has to abide by, have been set in full detail.
